We are seeking a team of dedicatedBDC Customer Care Specialists to join our growing team in St. James NY. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our sales team by managing inbound and outbound communications coordinating appointments and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact through the sale.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate and schedule customer appointments with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
- Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships and promote repeat business.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with sales department to maximize customer retention and sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or BDC role preferred but we will train the right person.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
