Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and driven Quality Systems Manager to lead the design rollout certification and continual improvement of Tritons ISO 9001-compliant QMS. This role will collaborate closely with engineering program management operations and leadership to build a quality culture that ensures reliable processes compliance and long-term organizational maturity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive ISO 9001-compliant Quality Management System tailored to Tritons R&D-to-commercialization environment.
• Create and maintain QMS documentation including policies procedures work instructions and controlled records.
• Plan and conduct internal audits; coordinate external readiness and certification audits.
• Lead non-conformance investigations root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) programs.
• Track measure and report on key quality metrics risks and process performance.
• Provide quality training and awareness programs across departments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on audit findings data trends and stakeholder feedback.
• Coordinate quality requirements with suppliers subcontractors and project teams.
• Engage cross-functional teams across R&D engineering manufacturing partners and leadership to embed quality into daily operations.

Required Qualifications

• Proficient hands-on experience implementing or maintaining an ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements auditing principles and quality system best practices.
• Experience conducting internal audits and preparing for external certification audits.
• Strong documentation process development and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence across levels and disciplines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common quality system tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification ASQ CQA/CQE or similar.
• Experience in an R&D engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Department of Defense and Prime Contractors.
• Familiarity with CAPA methodologies risk management techniques and continuous improvement frameworks.
