Includes all jobs providing support to the business in the field of Human Resources Management such as talent acquisition and management compensation and benefits employee relations and HR administration in alignment with our companys strategy practice and objectives.

Contributes to the effectiveness of the people strategy by ensuring that the companys pay structures and benefits plans are competitive well-designed and managed to attract engage and retain a quality workforce.
Oversees and monitors personnel cost-effectiveness throughout our organisation.
Job Description
- Degree in related discipline
- Minimum 6-8 years solid experience in C&B gained from reputable and sizable MNC. Experience in using Workday is highly preferred
- Deep understanding of effective HR practices employee relations as well as methods and processes in employment law
- Possess good business acumen equipped with good problem solving communications and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical skills with strong numerical sense
- Familiar with China labor law and regulatory requirements
- Strong command of English
- Proficient in Office tools including Word Excel and Power Point
- Self-disciplined and is able to work effectively under pressure
