About the Role
Were seeking ahigh-performing Sales Representativewith experience in SaaS sales and lead generation. This role is ideal for someone with excellent English communication skills strong sales instincts and the ability to drive inbound and outbound sales remotely.
Youll take charge of prospecting conducting sales demo calls and closing deals for a growing tech company that provides software solutions to insurance businesses. This is a full-time remote position with significant performance-based earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to convert leads into customers
Deliver compelling software demos and sales presentations
Manage and maintain CRM records with accuracy
Follow up with leads via multiple channels (email phone social platforms)
Help support and track marketing campaigns and ad performance
Work collaboratively with the internal client success and admin teams
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Requirements
Must-Have Skills
Experience in SaaS or technology sales
Excellent English (spoken and written)
Clear professional telephone presence
Advanced computer literacy and strong CRM administration skills
Experience with lead generation and conversion strategies
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Availability to work U.S. Central Time hours
Preferred
Based inSouth Africa(other English-speaking regions also considered)
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce)
Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms (e.g. Facebook Messenger Meta Ads)
Experience in startup or high-growth environments
