Our client is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead this flagship property in one of the countrys most affluent markets. THIS POSITION IS OPEN DUE TO PROMOTION!

As General Manager of this premier destination youll oversee a property of national significance leading a dynamic team to drive excellence across all operations. This is your chance to make a measurable impact on one of Americas most iconic retail properties while working for an industry-leading national REIT.

What we are looking for:

5 years of GM experience large commercial real estate property in hospitality and/or retail

12 years of property management experience

Bachelors degree and real estate designation

What it offers:

Base salary is $175K to $200K

Up to 40% bonus
