At PwC our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions divestitures and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.

Those in financial due diligence at PwC will focus on providing strategic advice and business diligence services to clients in their mergers acquisitions and divestitures. You will be responsible for analysing financial information focusing on quality of earnings and assets cash flows and other key client deal issues.

Focused on relationships you are building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations you are growing your personal brand deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity you are comfortable when the path forward isnt clear you ask questions and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Accounting
GPA above 3.0 out of 4.0 / Second Class Upper Honours / Distinction average from top public and private universities in Indonesia and overseas.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.
Have an interest in Financial Due Diligence

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams at all levels.

Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment managing multiple priorities and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Proficiency in financial modeling valuation techniques and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus.

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development with a proactive approach to staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
