What Youll Need

Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
Experience as a Registered Manager in an elderly residential setting.
A proven track record with CQC achieving Good or Outstanding ratings.
Strong leadership communication and organisational skills.
Deep understanding of dementia care person-centred approaches and safeguarding.

Lead the day-to-day management of the home ensuring exceptional care and smooth operations.
Drive quality improvements and maintain strong compliance with CQC standards.
Inspire mentor and develop your team to achieve the highest levels of practice.
Build positive relationships with residents families and external partners.
