Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of others Marlfield Care Home is seeking committed and compassionate Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our supportive team. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while delivering high-quality person-centred care.

Marlfield is a residential and nursing care home for older adults with a capacity of 51 beds. We pride ourselves on providing a safe respectful and caring environment for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Assistant your day-to-day duties will include:

Providing high-quality person-centred care to residents
Supporting residents with daily living activities including personal care mobility and mealtimes
Building positive and trusting relationships with residents and their families
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care records
Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team to ensure the best outcomes for residents

Requirements

Previous experience in a care setting is essential (full training will be provided)
A kind patient and respectful approach to caring for others
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine desire to support and improve the wellbeing of older adults

Bi-Weekly Payments
Additional rates for Sundays bank holidays and Nightshifts
