How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

Your main mission involves two major parts :

Continuous Improvement & Project Coordination :

Actively contribute to the optimization of the program processes by mapping proposing and implementing improvements
Support the team in coordinating the Management of the Optimization Project (facilitate and follow up on meetings prepare memos and presentations)
Maintain the functionality feed maintain and continuously improve the Program tools such as the Website/Chatbot/Power BI/Automated processes).
Liaise with the Early Career community (share tools assist with events and change management)

Are you a MATCH

Education and Experience :

Graduate from Business School with a Master Degree (HR Business ) .
Previous experience in Project Management Data analysis involving continuous improvement of tools/processes.. with interest in AI tools.

Technical Skills:

Experience working with Google Workspace
Data maintenance tools : dashboardsPower BI
Prior practice of Project management/HR analysis

Soft skills :
Teamwork (able to work in team share and delegate tasks)
Continuous improvement mindset
Agile able to adapt in a multinational environment
Proactive and result-oriented

Languages:
English fluency is Must have
