Job Summary
1. Compile periodical inspection and maintenance standard documents for mechanical and hydraulic parts of equipment according to equipment technical data. Responsible for equipment mechanical and hydraulic failure analysis and treatment. 2. Organize equipment work plan or regular inspect maintenance plan implementation track and confirm the effect cooperate with TS16949 and audit requirement.3. Responsible for the production equipment operation meet the production requirements and ensure downtime to achieve the set goal. 4. Propose suggestions and plans for continuous improvement of equipment guide and supervise equipment engineers equipment technicians and maintenance personnel on equipment improvement and reform work. 5. responsible for training equipment inspection operation and other operation documents and supervise operators to operate according to standard. 6. responsible for training equipment lubrication regular inspection and maintenance and supervise the maintenance staff to operate according to standard. execution of preventive maintenance and emergency repair process 8. Calculate and analysis of equipment failures establish equipment maintenance files abstract the main equipment failure advise improvement measures and implementation and training the maintenance personnel. 9. Complete the mapping of equipment related parts and drawings and output data. 10. Responsible for demand calculation of equipment mechanical and hydraulic spare parts confirming spare parts type and technical conditions make continuously tracking of spare parts cost reduction. 11. Establish communication and interaction channels with department engineers equipment (spare parts) suppliers and related parties. 12. Other work assigned by manager |
