Work with R&D teams to define material/component specifications and identify potential suppliers during the concept phase.

针对新材料/新工艺开展技术可行性评估与成本分析
Conduct technical feasibility assessments and cost analyses for new materials/processes.

供应商发展与风险管控
Supplier Development & Risk Mitigation

主导供应商资质审核与产能评估
Lead supplier qualification audits and capacity evaluations.

针对供应链薄弱环节制定风险缓解策略例如单一来源依赖
Develop risk mitigation strategies for supply chain vulnerabilities (e.g. single-source dependencies).

成本优化与价值工程
Cost Optimization & Value Engineering

与设计团队协作通过替代材料或供应商整合寻找降本机会
Collaborate with design teams to identify cost-saving opportunities through alternative materials or supplier consolidation.

与供应商进行价格与条款谈判确保符合新产品开发预算要求
Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to align with NPD budget constraints.

优化供应商体系构建可持续的机械类供应商资源池
Optimize supplier base to drive a sustainable mechanical supplier pool.

跨职能协同
Cross-functional Coordination

作为采购工程与质量团队间的桥梁协调解决与采购相关的技术问题
Act as a liaison between procurement engineering and quality teams to resolve sourcing-related technical issues.

支持试产阶段确保供应商及时交货并处理质量偏差问题
Support pilot production phases by ensuring timely supplier deliveries and addressing quality deviations.

数据驱动的决策
Data-driven Decision Making

维护供应商绩效指标如交付周期缺陷率并为新产品开发评审会提供可行建议
Maintain supplier performance metrics (e.g. lead time defect rates) and provide actionable insights for NPD review boards.

任职要求
Qualifications

教育背景:工程供应链管理或相关专业本科；硕士优先
Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering Supply Chain Management or related field; Masters degree preferred.

经验: 5年以上采购工程寻源或供应链相关经验具备成本分析与供应商发展的实操能力
Experience: 5 years in procurement engineering sourcing or supply chain roles with demonstrable expertise in cost analysis and supplier development.

熟练使用采购工具与数据分析软件如Excel Power BI
Proficiency in procurement tools and data analysis software (e.g. Excel Power BI).

深入理解技术规格CAD图纸与制造工艺
Strong understanding of technical specifications CAD drawings and manufacturing processes.
