Job Summary

Job Purpose

We are seeking a professional to drive our transformation in smart manufacturing. Key responsibilities include:

Digital System Implementation: Design and maintain digital systems ensuring alignment with business needs.

Operational Excellence: Integrate smart manufacturing technologies with lean methodologies to enhance operation efficiency.

Innovation Leadership: Spearhead internal innovation initiatives to sustain competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Lean Production Leadership: Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to optimize processes equipment and techniques to reduce operational costs.

Smart Manufacturing Implementation: Lead the planning and deployment of smart manufacturing technologies including digital systems and automation solutions to enhance factory digitization and intelligence.

Digital & Lean Integration: Implement digital systems & tools in conjunction with lean methodologies to achieve process visualization and automation.

Innovation & Competitiveness: Spearhead internal innovation projects to maintain competitive advantage.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with production quality and supply chain teams to ensure smart manufacturing initiatives align with business objectives.

What we are looking for

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field.

5 years experience related to lean manufacturing and familiar with lean management

Familiar with digital systems and digital tools

Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
