主要工作职责

实现销售目标 确保门店完成设定的销售额通过有效的团队管理和市场策略提高销售业绩 培训与指导
维护客户关系
实施销售策略
市场反馈收集
跨部门协作
编制报告

准备并提交门店销售报告定期向地区销售经理汇报销售进展市场动态及问题解决方案以支持决策

任职条件:

• 专科及以上学历
• 3年以上零售或销售管理经验有门店管理经验者优先
• 良好的销售策略制定能力和团队管理经验
• 良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力
• 良好的逻辑思维和分析能力
• 良好的英语听说读写能力
• 熟练操作电脑和使用常用办公软件
