Finance Business Partner
58000 to 68000
York City Centre Hybrid
A great opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a large well-structured finance team during a period of internal change.
You will work closely with senior non-financial leaders providing clear financial insight improving budget ownership and driving accountability across a complex organisation.
What you will do
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business
- Provide clear proactive financial analysis and guidance
- Support budgeting forecasting and long term planning cycles
- Challenge constructively and influence decision making
- Improve financial accountability and ownership
- Lead on financial reviews performance tracking and corrective actions
- Line manage one Finance Business Partner
We would like to speak with
- Qualified accountants (ACA ACCA or CIMA)
- Professionals experienced in business partnering
- People confident influencing senior stakeholders
- Individuals able to simplify financial information clearly
- Finance professionals with line management experience

What you will receive
- Salary 58000 to 68000
- Six weeks holiday plus bank holidays
- 14.5 per cent employer pension contribution
- Hybrid working with two days on site
- 37 hours per week fixed term until August 2027
