We are looking for a Stablecoin consultant with strong expertise in digital assets and blockchain technology to join our payments innovation team. You will help clients understand and leverage stablecoins within their evolving payments ecosystem.

What will you do

As a Stablecoin Consultant you help our clients integrate stablecoins. You create the roadmap for the integration of digital currencies and also advise on strategy and compliance. From building the business case for tokenized deposits to enabling cross-border payment solutions you guide them in modernizing payments treasury and capital markets.

Your key responsibilities

Lead workshops to define stablecoin strategies and prioritize adoption use cases.
Build business cases and quantify benefits such as cost savings faster settlement and capital efficiency.
Conduct AS-IS analysis define TO-BE scenarios and assess the impact of new requirements or regulatory changes.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and design documents (use cases user stories process flows data models).
Optimize payment processes and design future-state operating models.
Act as SME during implementation phases managing change requests and resolving functional issues.
Align stakeholders across business technology and regulatory domains while tracking industry trends and compliance updates.

Job requirements

Your skills and qualifications

Excellent knowledge of business English and fluency in Dutch or French.
First experience in working in the domain of digital currencies blockchain technology and/or tokenisation.
Preferably you have worked in Fintech Crypto consultancy or a banking environment.
2 years of proven hands-on experience in stablecoin tokenization or digital currency projects.
Skilled in stakeholder management and approach interactions with diplomacy and tact.
