What Youll Need

Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years.
Experience working with babies and/or toddlers.
Strong understanding of EYFS child development and safeguarding.
Excellent communication teamwork and organisational skills.
A caring proactive and enthusiastic approach.

What Youll Do

Create a calm nurturing environment for babies and toddlers.
Deliver engaging sensory and age-appropriate activities based on the EYFS.
Build positive trusting relationships with families and keep them updated.
Observe and track childrens development tailoring next steps to their needs.
Maintain a safe clean and stimulating space throughout the day.
Work closely with your team to uphold a positive caring culture.
