- Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years.
- Experience working with babies and/or toddlers.

- Create a calm nurturing environment for babies and toddlers.
- Deliver engaging sensory and age-appropriate activities based on the EYFS.
- Build positive trusting relationships with families and keep them updated.
- Observe and track childrens development tailoring next steps to their needs.
- Maintain a safe clean and stimulating space throughout the day.
- Work closely with your team to uphold a positive caring culture.
