Job Description

We are currently seeking a hands-on SAP SD Expert to own and evolve our Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes on SAP FMS joining our dynamic SAP Supply Chain team in collaboration with the SAP Sales & Distribution Lead e you will manage the solution design drive change with the business and deliver scalable enhancements across order management pricing billing and integrations. Ideal for someone who mixes deep SD configuration with good stakeholder management and solid integration know-how.

Your opportunity

KERING has launched a strategic global program to implement a unified SAP ERP platform across all brands and subsidiaries. This initiative aims to harmonize business processes enhance operational efficiency and simplify the groups IT landscape.

We are currently completing the deployment of our global SAP template across regions and preparing for the transition to SAP S/4HANA.

As a SAP Expert you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and evolution of our global ERP solution. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality application support across Kerings luxury brands ensuring system reliability and user satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with Business Process Owners Change Management and IT Solution Integration teams to drive successful delivery and continuous improvement.

How you will contribute

  • Lead the O2C stream end-to-end (sales contract sales order deliveryshipmentbilling revenue posting)
  • Project delivery:
    • Lead fit/gap analysis and design workshops with business stakeholders ensuring clear documentation and alignment.
    • Configure SAP SD and oversee the development of interfaces and enhancements coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
    • Manage testing activities including UAT using tools like Jira Confluence and SharePoint; resolve issues and secure final sign-off.
    • Support user adoption by contributing to training materials and delivering end-user sessions.
    • Ensure smooth go-live through hypercare support and transition to AMS.
  • Support and improve:Handle L3 escalations perform root-cause analysis maintaining a continuous improvement backlog.
  • Ensure quality and compliance:Maintain audit-ready documentation enforce SoD controls and safeguard system performance.
  • Collaborate across functions:Work closely with other Kering Technology domains in a service-oriented agile environment.
  • Communicate with impact:Keep stakeholders aligned through clear updates on progress challenges and solutions.

Who you are

  • Experienced SAP professional with 5 years in ERP projects including at least two full deployments; international exposure is a plus.
  • Deep expertise in SAP SD covering ordering pricing billing credit management and experience with SAP FMS; familiarity with S/4HANA is a plus.
  • Industry knowledge of sales and distribution processes in luxury and retail.
  • Project-oriented: comfortable with waterfall methodologies and managing multiple initiatives in parallel.
  • Collaborative and proactive: service-minded team player with strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven approach.
  • Languages: fluent in Italian and English both written and spoken.
