Corporate Governance Coordinator

About The Role
Are you organised adaptable and resilient Kinetic IT are looking for a forward thinking autonomous individual provide Corporate Governance Coordination this role provides administrative support to the Company Secretary and Head of Legal Advisory & Assurance assisting in the coordination of Board Shareholder and governance-related activities across the business.
Responsibilities will include:
Schedule and coordinate Board and Committee meetings and agendas.
Prepare Board materials governance reports and management packs.
Support shareholder relations including AGM coordination monthly updates and report distribution.
Prepare notices resolutions and meeting papers for shareholder meetings.
Update governance policies guidelines and codes of conduct.
Provide administrative support for governance projects and initiatives.
Coordinate the annual governance calendar including evaluations policy reviews and compliance reporting.
Assist with ASIC filing preparation and submissions.
Support Strategic Finance and Financial Assurance with performance and statutory reporting.
Compile training materials to build governance awareness.
Manage governance-related inquiries and escalate as needed.
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the corporate governance framework.

What youll bring to the table:
Administration / coordinator experience
Strong understanding of corporate governance principles
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
Ability to feel comfortable in a board setting input in to reports etc and being confident to present if needed
