Invera Talent Inc is a newly established initiative in the United States created to support schools and the broader education sector across the country.

We work nationwide to help educational institutions meet their staffing and development needs. Our services include providing educators and educational professionals supporting adult education programs and collaborating with colleges and universities. We also work closely with schools and companies to support internships project-based work project management and thesis and capstone projects.

Customer & Operations Coordinator Education & Consulting

We are now looking for a Customer & Operations Coordinator based in the United States to support our growing operations. This role is central to our organization and serves as the main point of contact for customers schools companies educators and consultants. You will manage inquiries coordinate meetings and handle administrative processes related to staffing projects and educational collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and follow up on incoming inquiries from schools companies and partners

Act as the primary contact for new and existing customers

Schedule coordinate and participate in meetings

Manage requests related to educators internships projects and consultants

Coordinate assignments with educators consultants and internal teams

Maintain accurate documentation customer records and process flows

Who Were Looking For

Experience in customer service administration coordination or operations

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously

Strong written and verbal communication skills in english

A proactive service oriented and detail-focused mindset

Comfortable working in a dynamic growing organisation

Experience within education consulting staffing or professional services is a plus

Location & Work Setup

Based in the United States

Remote or hybrid work setup depending on location and agreement
