A great opportunity for an experienced Lettings Lister / Valuer to join a leading agency in the Slough area. We are hunting for a candidate who is focussed on winning instructions valuing properties and driving lettings growth in the local market.

Were recruiting on behalf of a respected independent agency in Slough seeking a driven and experienced Lettings Lister / Valuer.

This role requires someone confident in winning instructions valuing properties and maintaining strong relationships with landlords. Youll be part of a high-performing lettings team and play a key part in growing the local market share.

Candidates with strong listing experience or exceptional Senior Lettings Negotiators ready for the next step will be considered.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Conduct accurate rental valuations and win new instructions.
• Generate leads through proactive prospecting and follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords.
• Present services confidently and convert valuations into signed instructions.
• Work closely with the lettings team to drive business growth.
• Maintain excellent market knowledge across Slough and surrounding areas.

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience as a Lettings Lister / Valuer or a Senior Lettings Negotiator ready to step up.
• Proven track record in winning instructions and generating new business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident proactive and target-driven.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good local knowledge of Slough and surrounding areas.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
