Responsibilities and Impact:

This role providesdirectionand support to the Data&Researchs Corporatescommercial teams by leading compliance-focused conversations that drive revenue. This position requires a strategic approach to ensure that compliance initiatives align with businessobjectives fosteringgrowthand sustainability.Responsibilities include assessing customerlicenses and termshelpingcommercialto diagnose use cases leading licensing conversations and coordinating withcommercialtodevelop and deliver proposals/presentations. The position also involves developing medium to long-term strategies to protectandgrowthe value of S&Ps data.Compensation is based on the achievement ofgrowthobjectives.

  • Lead compliance-focused discussions with internal and external stakeholders to support revenue generation.

  • Develop and implement compliance strategies that align with businessobjectives.

  • Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure compliance initiatives support sales efforts.

  • Provide training and guidance to commercial teams on compliance-related matters.

  • Offer strategic insights and act as a thought partner to address complexlicensing issues.

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $85773 to $109772. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individuals geographic location as well as experience level skill set training licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation this role is eligible for a sales commission plan.

Experience:

  • Must possess 10 years of experience inLicensing and Compliance-related roles.

Customer Focus (Internal & External):

  • Build strategic relationships with key executives to support business needs and long-term partnership opportunities.

  • Communicate complex ideas effectivelyto both internal and external stakeholders negotiating solutions that align with strategic goals.

  • Engage in high-level strategic meetings with key clients to foster relationships and discuss partnership opportunities.
