About the Role
This role is all about making things happen. Youll manage on-site customer service activities ensuring smooth order processing and shipping operations. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational success making you an essential part of our growth journey.
Individual will have on site responsibility and engagement for processing of purchase orders sales orders and of all shipping functions performed at either the JM plant or the off-site warehouse. Collaborates closely with customers Sales and S&OP teams to evaluate incoming demands identify needs and coordinate the dispatch of FG materials accordingly. Individual is responsible for shipping activities for JM customers worldwide including Toll parts. Individual is primary point of contact for customer shipments.
Be the Customer Champion: Act as the primary point of contact for customer shipments and inquiries.
Manage Orders & Shipments: Process purchase and sales orders coordinate shipping from JM plants and off-site warehouses.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Planning Quality Warehouse and Commercial teams to meet customer demands.
Monitor & Report: Track on-time delivery performance analyze reasons for delays and escalate issues when needed.
Ensure Compliance: Follow all environmental health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements for the role:
Bachelors degree (Logistics Industrial Engineering or related field preferred).
Experience in manufacturing operations and familiarity with MRP/ERP systems.
Knowledge of INCOTERMS inventory control and international shipping procedures.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
