Your role

  • Identify and engage new customers across public and private healthcare.

  • Drive order intake sales pricing and market share for Philips Ultrasound.

  • Lead customer meetings demonstrations and proposals that showcase our value.

  • Build long-term partnerships with hospitals and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and manage your pipeline in .

  • Analyze market and customer insights to uncover opportunities and shape account strategies.

  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer needs and Philips growth goals.

  • Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to guide decisions

  • Coordinate internal resources to support account objectives and smooth execution.

  • Manage quotations tenders and order intake processes.

  • Represent Philips at events and maintain strong field presence.

  • Conduct win/loss analysis track customer satisfaction and competitive trends.

  • Support contract handover and Accounts Receivable when needed.

  • Ensure full compliance with Philips processes quality standards and regulatory requirements.

You are the right fit if you have

  • Bachelors degree.

  • Successful sales track record preferred within Ultrasound or medical devices including new business development or a genuine interest in making this your long-term career

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter mentality capable of working independently bringing new ideas and enthusiasm

  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and collaborate without direct reporting lines.

  • Confidence engaging C-suite stakeholders.

  • Experience hunting for new business; hospital sales experience preferred.

  • A full clean driving license and willingness to travel
