What Youll Need

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
A solid understanding of EYFS and child development.
Confident communication and the ability to support/lead others.
A genuine passion for play-based child-led learning.

What Youll Do

Lead your room creating engaging age-appropriate learning experiences that inspire curiosity.
Support childrens development through purposeful interactions tailored activities and high-quality observations.
Use both indoor and outdoor environments to deliver varied enriching play opportunities.
Guide and support your room team modelling strong practice and positive communication.
Maintain excellent relationships with families ensuring clear supportive daily communication.
Uphold high standards of safety and wellbeing ensuring every child feels valued and included.
