Job Summary
Essential requirements:
Extensive Business Analyst experience (15 years) in IT ideally Agile with strong capability in writing clear structured requirements.
Strong technical background including technical education and past hands-on experience as a developer or tester.
Ability to lead planning coordination and refinement activities driving requirement processes end to end.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills working across multiple teams (business product architecture development QA).
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with a structured approach and excellent attention to detail.
Meritorious:
Experience as a project manager
Experience in payments or large-scale/complex system environments as the role is within future payment solutions and cross-functional setups.
