Job Summary

Help build the internal operating system of Affinity.

Affinity isnt just a recruiting partner.

Were building a next-generation agency : one where workflows data no-code tools and AI work together to create a faster cleaner more intelligent recruiting engine.

To do that were creating our internal operating system from scratch.

And we want you to help us build it.

Tasks

You wont be doing support tasks.

Youll be building systems.

Youll help design the workflows automations and AI-supported processes that structure our entire operation from sourcing to pipeline management to reporting.

You will work directly with Affinitys founder and see how the whole machine works from the inside.

Youll touch three worlds at once

1. Workflow Design

Youll turn scattered steps into clean efficient flows.

Youll make Notion databases talk to each other.

Youll build templates scorecards and structured processes that reduce friction for the whole team.

2. No-Code Automation

Youll connect tools using Make/Zapier.

Youll create small but powerful automations.

Youll design micro-systems that save hours of manual work every week.

3. AI-Enabled Operations

This is where things get exciting.

Youll help integrate AI into real workflows:

drafting summaries
enriching candidate information
highlighting pipeline risks
speeding up reporting
assisting with decision-making

Affinity is building an AI-augmented recruiting engine and you will help shape it.

Requirements

Youre organized curious thoughtful.

You enjoy making things flow better.

Youre excited about AI : not for the hype but for the leverage.

And above all you want responsibility and ownership.

French is not required!
