We are seeking an experienced Web Application Development Lead Specialist Engineer to design build and manage large-scale web applications. This role involves leading development teams architecting modern web solutions ensuring high-quality delivery and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers DevOps QA and product management. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in full-stack web development and hands-on leadership experience within enterprise environments.

• Lead the architecture development and deployment of scalable web applications.

• Provide technical direction and oversight to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Oversee code quality establish development best practices and conduct code reviews.

• Ensure web applications meet performance security and reliability standards.

• Integrate backend services APIs and cloud platforms into web solutions.

• Drive modernization initiatives including migration to modern frameworks and cloud-native solutions.

• Monitor production performance troubleshoot issues and ensure ongoing application support.

• Work closely with DevOps for CI/CD implementations and automated testing pipelines.

• Mentor junior engineers and support team growth.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.

• 12 years of professional experience in web application development with at least 3 years leading engineering teams.

• Strong expertise in full-stack development using JavaScript TypeScript HTML5 CSS3.

• Advanced hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React Angular or Vue.

• Strong backend development skills using Python or similar technologies.

• Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

• Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL PostgreSQL MongoDB etc.).

• Experience building cloud-based solutions (AWS Azure or Google Cloud).

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines Git Jenkins Docker Kubernetes and containerized deployments.

• Knowledge of application security scalability caching and performance optimization.

• Experience with microservices architecture.

• Exposure to serverless technologies (Lambda Cloud Functions).

• Familiarity with UI/UX collaboration and accessibility standards.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong problem-solving leadership and communication skills.

• Background working in large enterprise environments with complex integration needs.
