Job Summary
Sr. Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer
Our direct client is currently seeking a Sr. Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer to join their team in either Costa Mesa CA or Coppell TX. You will be helping solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
This is a Direct Hire remote position but you must live within 100 miles of Costa Mesa or Coppell offices for onsite collaboration meetings twice a month.
No Corp to Corp / No Sponsorship / W2 Only / No third party candidates considered for this position.
Required:
- Strong experience with Guidewire Insurance Suite specifically ClaimCenter
- Expertise in GOSU (or Java) programming
- Ability to assess architect and design new ClaimCenter integrations
- Proven experience in Agile development version control and release management tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts in plain language
- Experience with ClaimCenter version upgrades automated testing (GUnit Selenium etc.) and Guidewire certifications (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership on insurance claims system projects
- Design code test debug and document ClaimCenter programs and integrations
- Collaborate with IT management project teams and stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions
- Act as an internal mentor and consultant on technical matters
- Contribute as a key technical expert on emerging technologies for internet/intranet/internal applications
- Develop cost-effective scalable applications that meet customer and business needs
