Job Summary
Baseline Assessment & Framework Review (Month 1): Assess
existing GitHub CDF repository structure automation
workflows tool integrations and documentation. Deliver a
detailed assessment report with actionable recommendations.

Pipeline & Integration Improvements (Month 2): Implement
CI/CD optimizations workflow modularization and scalability
enhancements. Integrate Veracode security scanning into
pipelines. Ensure updated framework code passes automated
tests and gains client approval.
Process Automation (Months 3 11): Automate repetitive tasks
and internal business processes to eliminate manual
bottlenecks. Provide regular reports on automation impact and
Backstage development outcomes.
Documentation Enhancement (Months 2 12): Maintain and
expand framework documentation including configuration
guides usage examples and troubleshooting procedures.
Team Onboarding & Knowledge Transfer (Months 2 12):
Conduct onboarding workshops for new teams adopting CDF.
Deliver reusable onboarding materials (slides guides
templates).
Final Delivery &Transition (End of Engagement): Ensure all
deliverables documentation and source artifacts are handed
over to client teams. Facilitate final review and sign-off.
Requirements:
Minimum of bachelors degree in engineering or IT or
equivalent
Strong experience with GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines and
workflow automation.
Proficiency in DevOps tools (e.g. Docker Kubernetes
Terraform).
Familiarity with security integration tools like Veracode.
Expertise in process automation and scripting (Python Bash).
Excellent documentation and communication skills for
knowledge transfer.
Ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet milestone
deadlines.
Minimum Industry experience of 4 years and Maximus 8 years.
Experience with Backstage for developer portals.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
Prior experience in framework optimization project
