Job Summary

Our client in the Real Estate Industry is looking for a skilled Project Architect with extensive experience in finishing works. As the project architect you will supervise artisans ensuring structural and design compliance and delivering high-quality project outcomes from start to completion. Who We Are Looking For

Youre someone who can walk onto a site and immediately spot design deviations structural concerns or finishing errors. and nbsp;
You know how to guide masons tilers painters and other artisans with clarity and authority.
Youre detail-oriented quality-obsessed and comfortable managing finishing stages with precision and speed.

Your Responsibilities

You will oversee all site finishing activities including tiling painting masonry carpentry POP and related works.
You will ensure all finishing works strictly follow approved architectural drawings specifications and quality standards.
You will supervise coordinate and guide artisans to deliver high-quality workmanship.
You will conduct regular site inspections to ensure proper alignment leveling structural compliance and finishing accuracy.
You will collaborate with structural engineers project managers and contractors to resolve technical issues on-site.
You will review drawings for accuracy and provide clarifications when discrepancies arise.
Enforce site safety standards and ensure artisans follow proper construction procedures.
You will prepare daily and weekly site progress reports for management.
You will verify material quality and ensure correct usage to prevent wastage or substandard output.
You will ensure all finishing works are completed within project timelines and to the clients expected standard.

You are recognized as the go-to person for quality finishing structural-informed decision-making and site coordination.

To Be Considered for This Role You Should Have

and nbsp;58 years of experience as an architect in finishing works.
A sound background in structural engineering principles and the ability to interpret structural drawings.
Experience supervising artisans on construction sites.
Excellent understanding of construction methods materials and finishing standards.
Attention to detail and the ability to identify and correct finishing errors.
Communication and leadership skills especially when directing site workers.
Proficiency in architectural tools (AutoCAD Revit or similar).
A degree in Architecture plus relevant certifications (added advantage)
