Location: Kharadi Pune
Role: Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries professionally across assigned channels.
Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining service quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow standard operating procedures.
Coordinate with internal teams when necessary to resolve escalations.
Deliver a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
Required Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 6 months of on-paper experience in a contact centre environment.
Good communication skills with customer-centric approach.
Compensation:
In-hand salary: 21000
CTC: 26000
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday working
Sunday fixed weekly off
9-hour shift between:
Males: 9 AM to 10 PM
Females: 9 AM to 8 PM
