Plan manage and execute assigned functions relating to fiscal management control and analysis; develop control and monitor budgets as assigned; supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel.

LICENSES and OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Any combination equivalent to: bachelors degree in accounting finance business administration or related field and five years of professional experience in accounting budgeting and/or financial management or closely related field.
