Entry-Level Management Trainee
Customer Service & Leadership Development Role
Were looking for a high-energy people-focused individual to join our dealership as aManagement Trainee. This is a true entry-level leadership opportunity designed for someone who wants to grow into full management through hands-on training coaching and real-world experience.

What Youll Be Doing:
Work directly with our sales team and leadership
Learn how to coach motivate and support sales staff
Assist with daily sales floor operations
Help improve customer experience and communication
Participate in sales training role-playing and development
Learn what it takes to run a successful sales department
This role starts as an assistant/training position with clear growth into a full management role for the right person.
What Were Looking For:
Customer service experience required
No management experience needed
Strong energy and motivation
Strong communication skills
Reliable competitive positive attitude
Coachable and willing to learn
Comfortable working retail hours (nights & Saturdays)
