Job Summary
Project Manager - P&H
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for coordinating and leading local projects within our growing Propulsion and Handling Portfolio. You will take charge of planning executing monitoring controlling and closing projects. Your expertise and project management skills will be essential to ensure projects are delivered within budget and time and to the highest quality this role you will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders requiring excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will also have opportunities for personal and professional growth by expanding your knowledge and expertise within Propulsion and Handling.

What you will be doing
- Coordinate and Lead projects within defined scope schedule and budget.
- Define project objectives and maintain comprehensive plans schedules and cost estimates. Plan and secure resources in collaboration with the Resource owners.
- Monitor and control project performance including cost progress and risk management. Motivate and guide cross-functional project teams to achieve goals.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and stakeholder engagement.
We think you should have
- Bachelors degree preferably in Engineering or Project Management.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or aspiring for such a challenge.
- Project Management certifications preferred.
- Strong technical and commercial understanding.
- Knowledge of Kongsberg Maritime products is an advantage.
- Experience in managing customer relationships.
