Join our dynamic team to innovate and refine technology operations impacting the core of our business services.

As a Technology Support Lead in the Commercial & Investment Banks Equities Tech team you will play a leadership role in ensuring the operational stability availability and performance of our production services. Critical thinking while overseeing day-to-day maintenance of the firms systems will be key and set you up for success as you navigate tasks related to identifying troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure a seamless user experience.

Job responsibilities

  • Provides end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery to enable successful business operations of the firm
  • Supports the day-to-day maintenance of the firms systems to ensure operational stability and availability
  • Assist in the monitoring of production environments for anomalies and address issues utilizing standard observability tools
  • Identify issues for escalation and communication and provide solutions to the business and technology stakeholders
  • Analyze complex situations and trends to anticipate and solve incident problem and change management in support of full stack technology systems applications or infrastructure

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

  • 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting resolving and maintaining information technology services
  • Experience managing applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloud
  • Strong hold on Data Base
  • Proficient in observability and monitoring tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of front office trading applications
  • Experience in Incident and Problem management
  • Strong communication skills to translate technical language into meaningful business impact statements
  • Have an understanding of the Agile methodology and an ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
  • Demonstrates knowledge of applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloud
  • Experience in observability and monitoring tools and techniques
  • Experience executing on processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills

  • Working knowledge in one or more general purpose programming languages and/or automation scripting
  • Practical experience with public cloud
