Job Description
A renowned healthcare system in New Hampshire is searching for a Registered Nurse for its Progressive Care this role you will assess plan implement and evaluate nursing care for patients within the department from simple to complex with multi-system issues in a safe and therapeutic environment. You will engage in caring relationships with patients and families work collaboratively with other healthcare staff and use sound judgment while performing nursing and medical interventions.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care.
- Gather and interpret data through history taking and physical assessments and plan interventions to meet patients needs.
- Document care provided and the patients progress toward desired outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about the care plan and how to manage their care after discharge.
- Administer medication to patients as directed.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Active RN license.
- 1 years of clinical experience is preferred.
