T&L: In the Transportation & Logistics segment our solutions make it safer simpler and more efficient to move freightbringing together a global network of shippers carriers brokers and 3PLs.

In this role youll be at the forefront of implementing world-class SaaS products directly influencing the efficiency of global supply chains and shaping the future of logistics technology. You will act as a critical connector leading diverse stakeholders through the entire project lifecycle to ensure seamless digital transformations.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Spearhead innovative solution designs by leading customer workshops to analyze needs and translate them into high-impact logistics solutions.
  

• Own the end-to-end project lifecycle managing scope schedule and costs while ensuring seamless internal and external coordination.
  

• Drive successful change management by guiding customers through user training and support to ensure maximum product adoption.
  

• Collaborate across global departments acting as the bridge between Sales Consulting and System Delivery to guarantee a smooth transition for our partners.
  

• Champion continuous improvement by identifying ways to optimize processes close knowledge gaps and enhance product efficiency.
  

Essential Skills & Experience

• Bilingual Expertise: You are fluent in both English and German with the ability to adapt your communication across diverse cultures.
  

• Proven Project Management: You bring 2 years of experience in project or supply chain management ideally within SaaS implementation.
  

• Educational Foundation: You hold a university degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or Supply Chain Management.
  

• Stakeholder Management: You possess outstanding communication skills and thrive on connecting people to reach a common goal.
  

• Organizational Talent: You are known for exceptional time management and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with Transporeon modules or specific logistics industry best practices.

• A background in industrial engineering or specialized SaaS solution design.
