Strong experience in TSYS TSY2 payment processing platforms
Hands-on experience with API integrations file handling (SFTP/FTP) and batch job monitoring.
Good understanding of incident management tools (ServiceNow Remedy or Jira Service Desk).
Incident Management
Lead end-to-end incident resolution for platform issues across TSYS APIs file processing and middleware components.
Vendor and Downstream Coordination
Engage and coordinate with third-party vendors (e.g. TSYS support payment gateway providers etc.) to resolve external dependencies.
Change and Release Management
Outage Management
