Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to support our 3rd shift manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for running production equipment monitoring quality and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment following all safety and quality standards.
- Monitor the production line and perform visual and dimensional inspections.
- Make basic machine adjustments and report mechanical or quality issues promptly.
- Stage load and handle raw materials needed for production.
- Follow work instructions production schedules and quality procedures.
- Complete daily production logs documentation and reports accurately.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work 3rd shift consistently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with the team.
