Current Hours: MondayFriday 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
Summer Schedule: MondayFriday 4:00 AM 12:30 PM (adjusted due to heat)

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Bilingual Machine Operator (Spanish/English) to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who demonstrates leadership potential strong attendance and a desire to grow within the company.

Responsibilities:

Operate chain packing and production machinery safely and efficiently
Monitor machine output to ensure quality and accuracy
Perform basic adjustments and report mechanical issues
Follow safety procedures and warehouse policies
Assist with packing staging and workflow as needed
Lead by example and support team productivity

Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish and English (must be able to communicate in English)
Machine operator or warehouse experience preferred
Strong attendance and reliability
Demonstrated leadership skills or willingness to take initiative
Desire for long-term growth and advancement
