PRI is hiring a talented Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. We have offices based in NYC and Paramus NJ and offer a flexible hybrid work schedule.
Job Overview
In this role you will work closely with the Sales/Business Development team to complete custom RFPs and proposals. Your goal is to position PRIs unique value proposition product offerings and audience to best fit our clients (pharma company and media agency) objectives. This role will also spearhead conference presence and attendance for approximately 10-12 national and regional conferences each year ranging from booth design and production set up and tear down and conference attendance logistics. Collectively this role offers an exciting opportunity to work within the dynamic digital agency landscape and offers exposure to various operational and sales teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is an ideal opportunity for someone whos hungry to learn more about the sales process from prospecting to deal completion while playing a crucial role in identifying opportunities managing outreach logistics and supporting events.
Responsibilities
Market Analysis
Provide analysis and insights on late-stage pipeline and launch products
Review target accounts and identify pain points or decision triggers
Sales Enablement
RFP intake including entry of information into Salesforce setting up Google Sheets and Slides for team collaboration
Carefully evaluate all client-supplied RFP materials to accurately interpret campaign objectives
Maintain in-depth knowledge of all custom digital/omnichannel products and rate card
Complete client-supplied templates with product information
Document lead activity outreach status and follow-ups for the team
Conference Coordination
Direct correspondence with national and regional conferences to secure booth space and other conference-related logistics
Manage cross-functional team attendance at conferences
Coordinate booth setup print materials lead capture and post-event follow-up
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in marketing communications business or life sciences
12 years in sales support lead gen or business development
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Google Slides
Strong critical thinking skills & ability to draw conclusions from data points
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and functions
Ability to travel (primarily domestically) up to 25% of the time

The salary range for this position is $60000$75000. Compensation will be commensurate with experience skill level functional and/or industry knowledge education level certifications as well as other qualifications.
