Job Summary

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Computer Vision Engineer to join our dynamic team in developing advanced perception systems for robotic applications within the aircraft manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing optimized computer vision algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement state-of-the-art computer vision algorithms encompassing image classification object detection semantic segmentation tracking and pose estimation using both conventional and deep learning methodologies.
Create efficient and real-time convolutional neural network (CNN) models.
Utilize deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow Caffe Pytorch for AI model development and OpenCV eigenLAPACK GMTL for the image processing.
Engage in rapid prototyping using Python coupled with coding and debugging skills in C.
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team ensuring effective collaboration and clear communication of technical concepts to management and team members.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience in computer vision algorithm development.
Solid foundation in image processing neural networks CNNs and vision transformer architectures.
Expertise in the entire deep learning lifecycle including data preparation model engineering evaluation deployment monitoring and maintenance.
Experience in developing algorithms for 2D/3D sensors.
Proficiency with Deep Learning libraries and algorithms (TensorFlow & Keras PyTorch FastAI U-Net YOLO > 5 Mask-R CNN SAM).
Experience with AWS (SageMaker Lambda EC2 S3 RDS) CI/CD Terraform Docker Kubernetes.
Experience in model quantization pruning and knowledge distillation is beneficial.
Experience with TensorRT Deepstream OpenVino and TRITON is a plus.
Understanding of sensor interfaces and calibration techniques is advantageous.
Knowledge of Kalman filters particle filters clustering techniques is a plus.
