Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-focused Machine Operator/Polish Operator to join a leading aerospace manufacturer in Tulsa. The Machine Operator/Polish Operator plays a critical role in delivering high-quality finishes on aerospace components while supporting production safety and continuous improvement goals.

Key Responsibilities

Operate orbital buffers and belly buffers
Repair protrusions and surface imperfections to meet strict aerospace standards
Inspect finished parts and ensure proper packaging
Meet daily production and quality requirements
Participate in housekeeping duties and team meetings
Support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred (may require a pre-employment assessment if not obtained)
Ability to perform all essential duties safely and accurately
Able to stand or sit for extended periods
Ability to lift 1050 lbs as needed
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying noise levels
Must be able to wear PPE including respirators (medical clearance required)
