Job Title: Junior Business Analyst HRMS Suite

Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to help in HRMS (Human Resource Management System) projects such as Zoho People Zoho Payroll Zoho Expense and Zoho Recruit.
You will work with clients to understand their HR needs collect requirements and support the setup of HR software.
Main Responsibilities
- Talk to clients and understand their HR processes.
- Collect and record requirements in a clear and simple format.
- Help configure and test HR modules like Leave Attendance Payroll Recruit and Expense.
- Support data upload and help fix errors during implementation.
- Prepare documents like requirement notes process flow and test results.
- Work with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Help in training clients and preparing user manuals.
Requirements
Skills Required
- Good English communication (spoken and written).
- Basic understanding of HR and payroll processes.
- Knowledge of Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Logical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn software tools quickly (Zoho HR Suite preferred).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Education
- Graduate in HR Business IT or any related field.
- MBA or diploma in HR/Systems will be a plus.
Required Skills:
Coordinate managers resources equipment and information Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements scope and objectives Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management Make sure that clients needs are met as projects evolve Help prepare budgets Analyse risks and opportunities Oversee project procurement management Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers Use tools to monitor working hours plans and expenditures Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement) Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation plans and reports Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
