Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Handle buyer communication and order enquiries
Develop samples as per buyer specifications
Coordinate with design sampling and production departments
Prepare costing sheets & BOM (Bill of Materials)
Follow up on raw material sourcing fabric trims & accessories
Monitor production timelines and quality requirements
Handle T&A (Time & Action) calendar tracking
Coordinate with vendors suppliers and logistics team
Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods
Maintain order status reports and documentation
Support marketing & sales teams in new product development

Degree / Diploma in Fashion Technology / Textile / Apparel / Related fields
2 years of experience in Home Textiles / Garments merchandising
