You will take responsibility for taking full instructions preparing statements drafting consent orders managing disclosure engaging in case conferences preparing bundles for hearings and representing clients at court.
The role requires a balance of strong advocacy excellent negotiation skills and the ability to offer empathetic and clear advice during emotionally challenging circumstances.
You will work collaboratively with barristers social workers mediators and other professionals ensuring all matters progress efficiently and clients receive exceptional service.
Qualified Solicitor with solid Family Law experience
Knowledge of both public and private family matters
Experience in safeguarding domestic abuse cases and financial remedy work
Confident advocacy skills
Strong drafting organisation and case management skills
Excellent client care with a compassionate supportive approach

About You At least 12 months experience working in a residential conveyancing department (essential). Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
