Key Responsibilities:

• Assist loan officers with the preparation and organization of mortgage application documents
• Communicate with clients to collect required information and provide timely updates
• Accurately input and manage loan data within internal systems
• Coordinate with processing underwriting and other internal teams to ensure efficient loan progression
• Manage calendars set appointments and follow up on action items as needed
