The Role

Were expanding the team and have openings that let you play to your strengths whether youre stronger (or prefer) estimating or supervising.

• If youre an experienced estimator youll spend the majority of your time scoping costing and writing accurate estimates with occasional site supervision when were busy.
• If youre a strong supervisor youll spend the majority of your time running jobs on site and managing trades with some estimating support when volumes spike after storms or events.

Either way this is one balanced role. Everyone helps out during peak periods (thats the nature of insurance repairs) but day-to-day you focus on what you do best with full backup from the rest of the team. We understand that balance and flexibility is important.

What Youll Bring:

• Australian Work Rights
• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (or ability to obtain immediately)
• Solid building/construction knowledge and experience in insurance repairs (residential and/or commercial)
• Trade background or tertiary qualifications in Building/Construction/Estimating
• White Card drivers licence working at heights
• Great communication skills and a strong work ethic
