The global HRBP for Supply Chain Lean & EHS is responsible for developing and executing HR strategy in support of business objectives and as a partner for business leaders for providing expertise/guidance in the areas of culture and change management strategic coaching talent assessment/development workforce planning succession planning performance management and organizational design.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and expertise for the full scope of Strategic HR client support
  • Partner with the business leaders to develop and execute both long-term and short-term HR strategies that directly support and enable business objectives in areas like: organization effectiveness workforce planning talent & culture agendas
  • Provide timely effective and direct coaching to business leaders assisting in the development of strong contemporary leadership skills in alignment with the GE Vernova Way
  • Provide strategic coaching to key talent in extended client groups as it pertains to succession planning career path development and performance management
  • Lead succession planning and talent strategies for the organization identifying critical roles and preparing potential talent and pipelines mentoring coaching training etc
  • Provide a detailed workforce plan derived from the manufacturing build plans and support the execution of ramp up or footprint realignment activities
  • Analyze and partner with the business leader to drive improvement in employee survey employee engagement and compliance in support of the Wind culture strategy
  • Lead a global HR team working in the plants
  • Drive an SQDC culture within the HR and manufacturing supply chain and EHS workforce

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited university or college in a related area
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional work experience with demonstrated achievement and leadership in HR in a manufacturing/operations/service oriented environment
  • Ability to travel extensively

Desired Characteristics

  • Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field from an accredited university or college
  • In-depth understanding of HR concepts and principles gained through formal education and substantial work experience
  • Demonstrated experience in making strategic HR decisions and plans assessing leadership talent and effectively interfacing with high-level business and operations leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage significant change in highly structured/ change averse environments
  • Strong analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to assess situations / make judgments based on practice or previous experience
  • Ability to work in changing environments see through complexity and strategically promote an inclusive/diverse workforce
  • Strong presentation skills and facilitation experience needed to effectively deliver a variety of HR-related training programs to groups of managers/colleagues
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a demanding high performance fast-paced work environment and collaborative culture
  • Excellent collaboration influencing project management organizational and change agent skills

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position the pay range for this position is between $232000 and $348000 USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set.
