Nights Rotating Weekends Urgent Need

Salary Range: $63217.44 $91840.32 annually (based on ICU experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $15000 Day Shift $20000 Night Shift (Available through Dec 2025; reevaluated afterward)
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case

Unit Beds: 16
Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:1 or 1:2 (based on acuity)

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse (ICU RN) for an exciting full-time opportunity in Sanford FL. The RN will provide high-acuity patient-centered care monitor critically ill patients respond to rapid changes in condition and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and document comprehensive patient health data
Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
Use clinical judgment to safely manage patient care delivery
Monitor and assess unstable or rapidly changing vital signs
Provide education to patients and families regarding medications treatments and procedures
Support a team-based environment focused on high-quality care

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 years recent ICU RN experience in acute care
Active Florida RN license or multistate RN license (must obtain FL license within 60 days if compact)
RN Diploma or Associate Degree (ADN)
NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days
BLS (Basic Life Support) within 30 days
ACLS (AHA) within 6 months
PALS within 6 months

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Strong ability to work under pressure and manage critical situations
